The Winery

Seresin Estate is a new-world winery with an old-world approach, and they are in no hurry regarding their wines. In the early 1990s, filmmaker Michael Seresin wanted to create a winery that made wine the most natural way possible without compromising quality. Seresin takes a biodynamic approach to winemaking, working in harmony with seasonal, earthly and celestial rhythms; the vineyard is seen as a living organism, a space where the workers, animals, wild birds, flowers, worms and insects can share. It takes a little more time, resulting in added savouriness with more mouth-watering textures and flavours.
