Shipping is FREE for orders over £99.00 (including duty and VAT) to addresses in mainland UK. For orders under £99.00, standard delivery is £9.99 per order.

For addresses in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles, shipping is FREE for orders over £250.00 (including duty and VAT). For orders under £250.00, standard delivery is £45.00 per order.

Please note that we do not deliver to the Channel Islands or destinations outside the UK and cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

If you order your wines before 12:00 midday on a weekday, delivery to mainland UK is usually the following day, including Saturdays (except Bank Holiday Weekends).

You will receive shipping details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse at Wine Logistics Ltd.

We do our best to complete deliveries in a timely manner. Arrival of your order will vary depending on the availability of the wine and on your shipping location if not mainland UK, in which case, orders then should arrive within five working days. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further details.

We only ship to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Please contact us at drink@montyswineemporium.com if you wish to deliver outside the mainland UK. All our wines are dispatched from our warehouse at Wine Logistics Ltd.

Please note that we operate an age verification policy which applies to all deliveries and you may be asked to provide ID at delivery.

You can alter your shipping address at checkout. However, if you have already checked out, please email drink@montyswineemporium.com as soon as possible after purchase.

We use 100% recyclable boxes and pulp inners designed to keep the wines safe in transit.

Vintages change due to availability.

If you want a specific vintage, please contact us before placing your order.

Please let us know within 24 hours of delivery, and we will provide a full refund or replacement order at no additional cost. However, if such bottles are being returned to us, please do not handle them in a way that would not be permitted in a shop (e.g. by opening a bottle or removing a seal), as we will need to reduce your refund to reflect their reduction in value.

These are discounted ready-made mixed cases of 3 or 6 bottles chosen by Drew Montague.

Our Fine Wine category identifies a special selection from our overall wine list. A few of these bottles will be significantly more expensive than others, reflecting the rarity of the wine.

On the Gift Card product page, you can choose a value (either £25, £50, £75 or £100). When you select Add to Order, you will be taken directly to the checkout page.

In the Gift Card Delivery box on the checkout page, you must choose who you want the gift card emailed to, either yourself or another recipient.

You will need their email address to send the gift card directly to the recipient. There is also the option to include a short message.

After the purchase is complete, the gift card will be delivered using the chosen method.

Gift cards are unique digital codes you can use to pay at our online Wine Shop.

Your gift card can be redeemed by entering the gift card code at checkout. The gift card will apply to the order total, including tax, shipping, and any other transaction fees. If the order total exceeds the gift card value, you must pay the remaining balance using your debit or credit card or another gift card.

If your order total is less than the gift card value, you can complete checkout without another payment method. The amount applied and the remaining value will be displayed in the grey box and the order receipt. Any outstanding balance will remain on the gift card and can be used for future purchases.

To cancel your order, please email drink@montyswineemporium.com as soon as possible, quoting your Order Number. We may be able to prevent the order from leaving our warehouse, though this might not be possible. If you return your order to us within 14 days of the day of delivery, we will charge you the cost of collection. Otherwise, you will need to pay the cost of return. This will not affect the refund for your order. We only refund charges for standard delivery, not any charges for non-standard or enhanced delivery.
