The Winery

Château La Bastide sits at the northern edge of the Corbières appellation in the Aude, with records dating back to 1770. The estate covers 180 hectares in total, of which 60 are in the Corbières AOP, planted on limestone-slate soils with large alluvial gravel. Harvest takes place in the evening or early dawn to preserve freshness, and grapes are chilled on arrival at the cellar. Their winemaking approach throughout focuses on sustainability, with high-density planting and minimal intervention from vineyard to cellar.
