The Winery

Since 1880, the Pellegrino family have been at the front of Sicilian oenology. Over the past 140 years, they have developed a deep knowledge of the territory, its indigenous vine varieties and cultivation methods, and the best techniques for grape vinification. The Zibibbo grapes (otherwise known as Muscat of Alexandria) grow on head-trained bushes in the volcanic soils of the Pantelleria island between Sicily and the Tunisian coast.
