Butterscotch, almonds and honey on the nose, followed by toffee and walnut with hints of citrus and sweet orange in a creamy texture on the palate. A long, delicious and refreshing finish.

The Winery

'Colheita' is the Portuguese word for harvest, and a Colheita Port is thus a wine from a single year, specifically an aged tawny port matured solely in wood. Founded in 1670, Warre’s was the first British Port company established in Portugal and, therefore, the pioneer of a great tradition; its history is synonymous with Port itself. Warre’s Ports are distinguished by their structure, elegance and softly perfumed nose. They have a remarkably fresh and elegant style. Warre’s premium wines are sourced from Quinta da Cavadinha, Quinta do Retiro and Quinta da Telhada, three of the Douro Valley’s finest estates. Warre’s Vintage Ports are renowned worldwide for their excellence and consistently rank among the best in comparative tastings.
