The Distillery

After working together in the UK wine industry for many years, colleagues Laurie (a Scotsman) and Alistair (an Englishman) fulfilled their daydream of creating their own whisky. They have created a fusion of the subtle creamy, fruity Speyside notes with the briny and smoky qualities of Islay malts, displaying an elegant and complex blended malt that is, in their words, approachable but ‘serious.’
