Wholly Smoke Blended Malt Scotch Whisky [70cl]

The Wholly Spirits Co was born from a long-running daydream shared by two colleagues from the UK wine trade, Laurie (a Scotsman) and Alistair (an Englishman), who eventually decided to stop talking about it and make their own whisky. Their Wholly Smoke blended malt draws on one cask of Islay malt and three casks of peated Speyside, marrying the briny, smoky qualities of the islands with the softer, fruitier character of Speyside. The result is unchillfiltered, bottled at 46% ABV, and, in their own words, “approachable but serious.”
