Von Unserm Riesling Trocken 2023

In 1870, Balthasar Ress founded a guesthouse in Hattenheim in the Rheingau, laying the foundation for what would become one of the region's most respected wine estates. Five generations later, Christian Ress leads the estate, which converted to certified organic viticulture in 2016 and is now the largest organic wine estate in Hesse. The vineyards stretch from Hattenheim to Assmannshausen and are planted predominantly with Riesling. The top wines are fermented with natural yeasts and aged on their full lees.
