The Winery

Hailing from a family of red wine growers, Marie-Madeleine Dosne married Bernard Robert, an ex-hairdresser, and together they established Champagne Bernard Robert in 1945. Seven children came from their marriage, and three of their sons grew up to run the business and develop the Champagne estate. It is now the 3rd generation that runs the family business and an estate that covers 30 hectares. The long ageing process provides unique flavours for their champagnes in their traditional vaulted cellars. Sustainable viticulture is practised in all Champagne Bernard Robert vineyards.
