The Winery

Residing in the middle of the Beaujolais countryside is Château des Tours, the original castle is said to date back to the 10th century. The winery was founded in the 15th century, passing down through generations, and has been owned by the Reynaud family since 1935. There are 50 hectares of vines in Brouilly and another 20 in the nearby town of Saint-Lager. Under the stewardship of renowned winemaker Emmanuel Reynaud (of Château Rayas fame), the estate was certified organic in 1997. Château des Tours is known for using traditional winemaking techniques with minimal intervention, crafting wines of remarkable quality that showcase the terroir.
