A tropical fruit salad of flavours on the nose. Refreshing citrus fruits with a backbone of pear and peach flavours combined with a minerally honeyed finish. A deliciously soft, easy-drinking white wine. Great with pasta, shellfish, tapas or charcuterie.

The Winery

The Ascheri winery dates back to 1880 in the Langhe part of northern Italy. Since the beginning, the family have been focused on ensuring the right grapes are grown in the best soil to deliver their best fruit. Today, that approach continues with increased emphasis on sustainability and achieving the highest potential from each of their vineyard locations. Once the grapes are harvested, the winemaking team adopt a minimal intervention programme in the cellar. There is limited use of wood, and every effort is made to produce wines that clearly express the vineyard, the grape variety, and the winemakers’ vision.
