The Winery

Following her many years working in the wine trade, Katie Jones bought her first vineyard in the Languedoc in 2008. Jones only grows traditional grape varieties, some very rare, across 12 hectares of vines spread across vineyards in Maury, Paziols and Tuchan. The yields have always been low but high quality, thanks to Jones’ philosophy of keeping the grapes from each vineyard from mixing. The sites are small and remote, with vines growing in the area for a hundred years; all the harvesting is done by hand.
