Strawberries, raspberries, and a touch of lemon burst on the nose and continue on the palate. Wonderfully effervescent. Perfectly paired with brunch under the sun.

The Winery

FIOL was founded in 2010 by three childhood friends: Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo and brothers Giovanni and Pietro Ciani Bassetti, who grew up together in Treviso, in the heart of Prosecco country. After careers in fashion, finance, and the drinks trade took them to London, New York, and Hong Kong, they returned to their roots. With the help of oenologist Marzio Po, they set out to craft a Prosecco that honoured the region's traditions while offering a fresh perspective. The name FIOL derives from an old Venetian word, used since the 16th century as a term of endearment for a young man, and still used today in Treviso to mean the coolest person in a group of friends.
