Drew's Tasting Note

Mauricio loves working with Syrah, and this expression shows his skill as a winemaker. There are dark chocolate, plum and blackberry elements with the merest hint of vanilla on the nose. You are treated to these luscious flavours on the palate combined with cracked black pepper, eucalyptus and silky smooth cedar wood. Stunning length. It is worth decanting to get the most from this wine.

Producer: Mauricio Lorca | Vintage: 2017 | From: Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina | Alcohol: 14.5 | Style: full-bodied red, still, vegan | Grape: Syrah (Shiraz)
