The Winery

Olivier Tricon grew up in a farming family and spent years working across different French wine regions before establishing himself as a winemaker and, in 1998, purchasing Domaine de Vauroux, a short distance from Chablis. From this base, he sources fruit from vineyards planted on the region's characteristic Kimmeridgian clay and limestone soils, demanding conditions that keep yields low yet produce Chardonnay of real concentration and character. Sustainable farming is central to everything he does, and his wines range from entry-level Petit Chablis to Grand Cru Bougros.
