The Winery

Maison Olivier Tricon vineyards are planted on Kimmeridge clay and limestone soil, which are challenging conditions for the Chardonnay grape vines to grow. This means there are small yields but with a fantastic concentration of flavours. Maison Tricon has a great respect for the environment and so uses sustainable agriculture methods.
