Drew's Tasting Note

Raspberries, blackberries and hints of herbs on the nose. Redcurrants, red cherries and pomegranates on the palate. Deliciously sweet with a refreshing backbone. Stunning.

The Winery

Hungarian-born Andrew Peller arrived in Canada in 1927 when he was 24 years old, with five dollars to his name and knowing he would find his purpose in this land of opportunity. Years later, Peller planted his first vineyards in Okanagan Valley, and his dream was realised. Thirty-four years after arriving in Canada, Peller opened wineries in British Columbia, Ontario and Nova Scotia. Peller was one of the first wineries to experiment with producing a unique style of wine and icewine and has now been operating for four generations as a family-owned Canadian company.
