The Winery

Weingut Peter Schweiger is a small, fourth-generation family estate in Zöbing, at the southernmost tip of Austria's Kamptal wine region, with views over the celebrated Heiligenstein, one of Austria's most distinguished single-vineyard sites. Peter Schweiger and his son, Peter Junior, farm around 18 hectares of Grüner Veltliner, Riesling and Zweigelt sustainably by hand, guided by the belief that great wine demands patience at every stage, from careful tending of the vines to an unhurried approach to bottling and release, allowing each wine to reach its full potential.
