The Winery

Nestled in the Languedoc-Roussillon near the Étang de Thau, a large saltwater lagoon on the French coast, Domaine de Petit Roubié has been a pioneer of organic viticulture since 1985. Winemakers Floriane and Olivier Azan meticulously manage the 80-hectare estate, prioritising the ecology and sustainability of the vineyards and winery.
