The Winery

The Sarotto family have been making wine in Neviglie, in the heart of Piedmont, since 1820. When Roberto Sarotto completed his winemaking studies in Alba in 1984, he set about transforming what had been a modest family operation into one of Piedmont's most respected estates. The purchase of vineyards in Barolo in the early 1990s was a turning point, with further expansion into the crus of Neive adding Barbaresco to the range. Across 90 hectares of Piedmont's most celebrated growing areas, the estate combines hand-harvesting with sustainable viticulture, pairing traditional methods with modern cellar technology to express the best of each vineyard.
