Drew's Tasting Note

Hedgerow black fruits with an earthy, herbal character on the nose. Deliciously concentrated mouthfeel, with abundant succulent dark fruits layered over smoky, rich oak. Fabulous length.

The Winery

Seresin Estate was founded in the early 1990s by filmmaker Michael Seresin, with a clear vision to make wine as naturally as possible without compromising quality. Based in Marlborough, New Zealand, the estate takes a fully biodynamic approach, treating the vineyard as a living ecosystem in which workers, animals, birds, insects and plants all play their part. The result is wines with a distinctly old-world character, savoury, textured and unhurried, setting Seresin apart from much of what Marlborough is known for.
