Larry Turley established Turley Wine Cellars in Napa Valley in 1993, having previously co-founded Frog's Leap Winery in 1981 alongside John Williams, all while working as an emergency room physician for twenty-five years! The driving force behind Turley is a passion for old vines, and Larry has spent decades seeking out and restoring historic vineyards across California, many of which have vines dating back to the late 1800s. Today, the winery produces 47 wines from more than 50 vineyards across the state, with Director of Winemaking Tegan Passalacqua leading a team committed to organic farming and the preservation of California's winemaking culture.
